Quote requests and licensed agents

Submitting a quote request through LTC Tree does not apply for insurance, bind coverage, create a policy, or require you to buy anything. A quote request allows LTC Tree to connect you with a long term care insurance specialist or independent agent who can discuss options available in your state.

Quotes and illustrations are preliminary until the responsible licensed agent and carrier confirm eligibility, product availability, state filing status, underwriting requirements, premium class, discounts, benefit amounts, riders, and final policy terms. The policy contract and carrier-issued documents control if there is any difference between a website example and an issued policy.

State rules, carrier availability, and consumer verification

Long term care insurance is regulated at the state level, and carrier availability can change as insurers add, pause, revise, or withdraw products and policy forms. For licensing questions, agent verification, or insurance complaints, use the NAIC state insurance department directory or contact your state insurance department directly.
