Rich started his insurance career in 1978 and has brokered LTC insurance since 1984. His passion for LTC planning is forged through personal experience-both his Grandma and Mom required extended LTC but one didn’t know to plan and one refused to plan until it was too late. Determined to avoid this scenario, Rich & his wife purchased LTC insurance in 2001 at age 46, despite the added expense to a household with 3 of 4 kids “still in nest”. He brings this unique long term perspective as both broker and policy owner to every LTCTREE client; tailoring a custom, affordable policy design to each individual’s particular circumstances. Rich & wife Terri live on the Oregon coast & enjoy hiking in wilderness areas with their beloved German Shorthairs.
